AHS BOOSTER CLUB AWARD APPLICATION

Competition for these $1,000 and $500 awards for scholars is open to all AHS graduating seniors who have participated on one or more AHS interscholastic athletic teams and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.  Please fill out this application, obtain all necessary signatures, sign and date it, and return to Mr. Salamy by Tuesday, April 30, 2002.  Winners will be announced at the Senior Awards Assembly in May.
